Fan-coil

During the past two decades, we dedicate ourselves to do R&D on fan coil and regard it as a symbol of our company. The FP series water chilled fan coil units are designed specially to meet the varied requirements of zone cooling or heating using chilled water or hot water. Fan coil can be applied to two or four pipe systems to satisfy the requirements of a wide variety of air conditioning or heating application. The FP series is available in concealed and exposed versions for ceiling and floor installation. This unit is presented as a single block including: fan deck, cooling coil, removable filter, drip tray, electrical connection box and decorative cabinet (excluded for concealed version).
Fan coils series is suitably used for the central control a/c system, especially in the area with variable loads requirement. Due to its advanced design, good performance, a variety of specifications, fan coil series can meet different requirements and used in different places. We have different types of fan coils as LM, LA, WM, WA, KM2, KM4, BG, LD to be used in the hotels, apartment buildings, villas, office buildings and hospitals etc.
Performance:
Aluminum foil fin with a thickness of 0. 12 MM is molded by high-speed tooling machine and joined together with brass pipe with diameter of 9.52*0.35mm. Inflation is tested by mechanical tools and water under the pressure of 16Mpa to guarantee the capability and quality.
Frame:
All frame parts are made of 1.0 or 0.9 galvanized steel
Durable three-speed motor:
With low current, little noise, low temperature and other features.
Low noise centrifugal fan:
With small vibration, little noise

Central-air-conditioner

ZK series central air conditioning units was developed by advanced technology and production process. The unit carried out the air cooling, drying, heating, humidification, filtration, purification, Muffler. It can be widely applied to shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, sports centers and other air concentrate on places, and hospital operating room, pharmacy, cigarette, food, clean air-conditioned precision manufacturing, and other places.
Frame and Capability:
1. Alloy material is used to strengthen the framework. The use of high-intensity units will be connecting pieces of angle, reasonable layout of the absorbers in the middle to balance the unit weight, are adopted to ensure units not to deform under high pressure.
2. Box wall panels is used as the double-decker structure, the inner layer is galvanized steel plate, the outer layer is color plate, the middle is filled with 30-50 mm fluorine-free polyurethane foam materials with lower thermal conductivity, waterproof and heat insulation.

Installation, use and maintenance

Installation of unit
1. The unit shall be installed by professional personnel.
2. The fan coil unit shall be handled with cares and protected from heavy compression. Handling the unit with hand holding the impeller or spiral case shall not be allowed.
3. Before installation, the unit shall be checked for damage. In case of collision damage, deformation or dropping of fan motor, please contact the dealer for repair or replacement.
4. For safety, the lifting apparatus for the unit shall be sufficiently strong to bear running weight and vibration. The unit is merely allowed to bear its own weight and shall not be stressed by air pipeline and water pipeline or other external objects. The unit shall be kept level, or the condensed water would overflow.

Connection of pipeline and anti frosting measures
1. The water inlet and outlet pipelines shall be connected carefully and the torque shall not exceed the specified value. It is recommended to seal the connections with sealing tape to avoid torsion generated leakage.
2. The water inlet and outlet pipelines shall be thermally insulated to avoid generation of condensed water.
3. The condensed water pipeline shall have drain slope of at least 0.005 to facilitate draining of condensed water.
Electrical connection
1. The unit shall be wired as per the instruction of connection box and the unit is fed from 1/N/PE AC 220V 50Hz power and the power voltage shall not exceed the rated voltage by 10%. Excessive high voltage would result in increased noise, too low voltage result in insufficient air flow rate, and fluctuating voltage result in damage of motor.
2. If case of in gang operation of several units with a common switch, it is merely applicable to units of same model and specification and their wiring shall be correct and consistent, otherwise, the motor would be burnt out. For the sets of in gang units, the capacity of the switch shall be considered. In gang operation of units of different models or specification shall not be allowed.

Requirements of water supply
1. The cooling water and the hot water for the unit shall be softened water of temperature not below 5'C and not above 80'C respectively and the water shall be clean. Steam shall not be used.
2. Before initial running, the water inlet and outlet valves and the washing water system shall be at first closed and then the valves opened. The system water outlet shall be fixed with a filter to avoid foul or blocking of coil.

Frost crack prevention
1.In case of external temperature below 2'C, even under shutdown state the water inside the coil shall be still kept at circulating.
2. In case of shutdown in winter, all circulating water shall be completely drained from the unit and its pipeline of water system.

Use and maintenance
1. In order to keep air and coil clean, at installation the air inlet of air duct shall be fixed with air filter or our filter and the filter shall be regularly cleaned.
2. After installation, the fan coil unit shall be checked for friction noise through slightly rotating its fan impeller and after no friction noise detected the unit may be switched on.
3. At initial running and change over of hot/cold water, the vent valve shall be opened to discharge air from coil. After escape of water, the vent valve is re closed; otherwise, the heat exchange effect would be impaired.
4. In case of trouble, the unit shall be repaired by professional personnel.

Haier plans to launch 1,500 air conditioner outlets in 2009

Sep. 9, 2008 (China Knowledge) Qingdao Haier Co Ltd<600690>, China's largest listed home appliance producer, said the company plans to open 1,500 air conditioner specialty stores across China with the total investment of RMB 100 million in 2009, sources cited Su Ming, director of Haier's air conditioner marketing department. The new 1,500 air conditioner retail stores will be launched in third and fourth tier Chinese cities, including 102 in Henan Province and 50 in Hunan Province, said Su. Due to the snow storms, Sichuan earthquake and a rather cool summer season in 2008, sales of air conditioners only grew 4.2% year on year with 31.048 million units being sold, compared with the growth rate for the previous year was 20.2%. Meanwhile, the production cost increased by RMB 100 to RMB 200, which further narrowed the manufacturers' profit margin. Therefore, Haier is seeking to reinforce its cooperation with local distributors and introduce more energy saving models in a bid to grab a bigger share next year.

United Technologies confirms 2008 profit outlook

BOSTON, Sept 3 Diversified U.S. manufacturer United Technologies Corp reaffirmed its 2008 profit and revenue forecast on Wednesday. The world's largest maker of elevators and air conditioners said it expects full year profit in a range of $4.80 per share to $4.95 per share on revenue of more than $60 billion. Analysts, on average, look for profit of $4.94 per share on $60.23 billion in revenue, according to Reuters Estimates.

Wang, who has overall responsibility for economic and financial affairs, told an investment forum that China was very confident about its ability to sustain stable growth and rein in inflation. He said that Beijing continued to welcome foreign direct investment and would take further measures to promote the venture capital industry.

China to top Asian consumer markets in 2009

By 2009 China will become the largest consumer market in Asia said Chinese Minister of Commerce Chen Deming. Speaking at the 12th Xiamen International Trade and Investment Fair on Monday in the east Fujian Province, Chen predicted entertainment, housing and tourism will expand their shares in the domestic market. "As one of the world's fastest growing consumer markets, China is a world leader in mobile phone sales, domestic tourism, and broadband network penetration," said Chen. He also noted China is the second largest seller and buyer of gold and automobiles in the world. The country ranks third in consumption of luxury items and health care supplies. The average per capita GDP reached 2,456 U.S. dollars last year, said Chen. He added that consumption had bigger shares than investment for the first time in the nation's economic growth. For the past five years, China's annual consumption growth rate had been 13.1 percent. If the growth rate continues at just 10 percent, China's consumer market scale will exceed 30 trillion yuan (4.38 trillion U.S. dollars) by 2020. Chen predicted China will top the global luxury market by 2014,with a market share of 23 percent. He also said by 2015, the country could become the world's fourth largest provider of outbound tourists. Currently, China is the second largest consumer market in Asia next to Japan. That is predicted to change by 2015. According to areport by the Boston Consulting Group, done in 2007, China is likely to become the world's second largest consumer market next only to the Unites States.

Export Tax Rebates Rise to Boost Chinese Industries

China is raising tax rebates for certain exports to help producers cope with smaller profit margins as a result of slacking market demand, the yuan's appreciation and rising production costs. Those rebates will start Nov. 1, according to a circular on the web site of the Ministry of Finance (MOF) on Tuesday. The adjustment involves 3,486 items from labor intensive industries such as textile, garment, toy, hi tech and high added value sectors like anti AIDS drugs and tempered glass. Those items account for 25.8 percent of what's covered by the country's Customs Tariffs. The new rebates are classified into six categories: five, nine, 11, 13, 14 and 17 percent. For example, the export tax rebate for some toys, textiles and garments will be raised to 14 percent. There will be a nine percent rebate for certain plastic products, 11 percent for daily necessities and porcelain artifacts, 11 and 13 percent for some furniture. According to an unnamed MOF official, the rebates will ease operation pressure for export enterprises and enhance their competitiveness. He added the adjustment would also have a positive impact on the development of the national economy. Because exporter industries will have more money as a result of the rebate increase, China is hoping they will be able to withstand the world's financial crisis. The MOF official also said the additional money could be used to accelerate industrial upgrades at hi tech enterprises. The world's financial situation, rising production costs and a stronger Renminbi dented export growth of China's enterprises. From January to September export growth was down 4.8 percent from the corresponding period of last year. Garment and accessory exports in the same period were 87.1 billion U.S. dollars, up 1.8 percent year on year. However, the growth rate was down 21.2 percent from the same period last year. From January to July, toy exports stood at 4.18 billion U.S. dollars, up 2.1 percent from the same period last year but the growth rate fell 22.7 percent, according to the latest statistics from China Customs.
